Payment and Delivery
- Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer): You can make payments to any of our accounts (TRY) at Akbank, Finasbank, Garanti Bankası, T. İş Bankası, and Yapı Kredi banks.
- Credit Card Payments: You can use your credit cards for single online payments or online installment options via Akbank. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card upon order completion. In case of order cancellation or stock issues, refunds to your credit card will be processed within 3 business days.
- Order Refunds: In case of cancellation of your orders for any reason, XXXXXXX Limited Company will refund the product amount to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you need to provide your bank account details and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our financial representatives.
- Delivery: We strive to dispatch the products on the same day you place your order. For products that take time to procure, the delivery time is 3 business days as specified in the product details. You will be informed in case of any potential delays. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the address where you are located during the day as the delivery address. Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you specify at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be sent with XXXXXXXX cargo company. Orders will be handed over to the cargo company within 2 (two) business days after your order is confirmed. You can consult with our customer representative about different delivery conditions. Note that cargo deliveries are valid only for Turkey.
- Payment Tracking: If the system encounters any issues preventing the transaction, visitors will be informed on the payment page. In case of any errors in the specified address, the orderer will be contacted regarding undelivered orders. The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is processed. We are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank using the credit card system. Please note: If you believe the package was damaged during shipment, open and check it in front of the delivery company representative. If you think the product is damaged, do not accept it and request a report from the cargo company. Once the product is accepted, it is considered that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty. If the product is damaged: Send the prepared report as soon as possible to fax number 0212 XXXXXXX and notify us at XXXXXXXX@XXXX.com. If you follow these steps, we will initiate the necessary actions and ensure the delivery is repeated as soon as possible. If you briefly explain why you want to return the product in this email, it will assist us in handling the product-related procedures.
